Fabrics for Ties
We offer around 30.000 tie designs created in-house for a broad assortment of products. Moreover, we have acquired over the years various archives from famous silk-works that have closed down, such as Schwarzenbach, Ravasi and Stromilli, so we now have about 100.000 designs in our historic archives.
We always renewed, combining tradition and technology to satisfy all of your request.
We launch a collection of several hundred new designs each season; however our staff is also able to tailor designs to personal needs – by customizing collections according to the customer’s own taste and style, or by creating new ties with personal motifs or logos, e.g. for associations or companies. We specialize in the production of fabrics, although we can also make finished ties on request.
Our product range is not standardized. We can offer a broad variety of styles, from jacquard weaving to combined ones.
Absolutely exclusive is a line of grenadine jacquard fabrics made using specially tailored looms unique in the world. We naturally make most of our ties using silk, although we can also make them with mixed silk and other fibres, such as linen, wool and cotton, or metallised yarns including a special yarn with silk core and pure gold coating.
In addition to the fabrics made on request, we always have a stock of various classic plain-dyed articles in a broad range of colours: faille, satin, gros-grain, moirè, satin back faille, grenadine, barathea, and an assortment of grisaille and traditional tartan designs. These articles can be ordered in any quantity and at any time.
